Return & Refund Policy
The Return & Refund Policy stated below is only applicable to Kvyntek Dotcom purchases.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. (All original tags and packaging must be attached to the item.) If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Kvyntek Dotcom will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 7 working days after the confirmation. For warranty replacement, please allow a standard processing time of 3 - 4 weeks upon receiving the defective products.
