Price and Product Listing

Kvyntek Dotcom reserves the right to terminate any order or purchase, in the event of mispriced, error, stock unavailability or any other reasons not specified in these terms. Kvyntek Dotcom shall have such right to terminate the purchase or order notwithstanding that the Goods have been dispatched or are in transit or that payment has been charged to Buyer.

Kvyntek Dotcom reserves and may execute its discretion right to remove, delete or amend any listing, pricing or order on the website without giving any prior notice and reason and the company's decision is final.

All price shown in Kvyntek Dotcom website is only valid in Kvyntek Dotcom website and might vary from Kvyntek Dotcom RETAIL / OFFLINE STORES / MARKETPLACES (eg. Lazada, Shopee, TikTok). Prices exclude delivery costs and transaction fee (if any, depends on payment method), which will be automatically added to the final checkout price when you view the items in your shopping cart and have selected your chosen delivery and payment method. Kvyntek Dotcom does not offer self pick-up / self-collection method for the time being. All orders will include delivery costs, except for selected promotional products.

 Due to the resolution, brightness, contrast, etc. of the user's screen / monitor, Kvyntek Dotcom cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same as shown on the screen / monitor.

User shall agree that Kvyntek Dotcom may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email to the user.

Indemnification

The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold Kvyntek Dotcom harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Any access link to third party sites is at your own risk. kvyntek.com will not be related or involve to any such website if the user's content/product(s) got damaged or loss has any connection with a third-party site.

Termination

This agreement is effective unless and until terminate either by the customer or kvyntek.com. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, kvyntek.com may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply with the terms and conditions above.
